It could be finding a specific valve or actuator quickly or recommending a valve/actuator that will provide longer, more trouble-free service life. We want to be the customer’s valve consultant. Genesis Systems supplies a large range of standard and specialty ball valves, butterfly valves, control valves, triple offset valves, knife gate valves, automated dampers, regulators, actuators, and valve control accessories.
Industrial Valve Testing and Assembly
Genesis Systems Valve Automation Center (VAC) includes capabilities to assemble and test valves from 1/4" up to 120" in diameter. Our VAC has multiple automation stands and test benches, all with pneumatic and electric power sources including high pressure and high volume clean dry air and electric voltages ranging from 24VDC 1PH up to 480V 3PH. We also have control panels that can input and output 4-20ma, HART, BUS networks and other 24V signals for calibration and testing of actuators and actuator control accessories. Every automated assembly is that goes through our VAC is calibrated and cycle tested. The testing is documented using our proprietary Automation Data Sheet (ADS). The ADS is a detailed record of the valve assembly, calibration, and testing. The ADS document is attached to every customer purchase order and saved in our database for future reference. Genesis Systems can meet all your new and retrofit valve automation applications including quarter-turn pneumatic and electric actuators, linear pneumatic and electric actuators, electric multi-turn actuators and damper actuators.
Genesis can assist in start-up, troubleshooting and service of the products we represent. We can provide oversight and assistance with field retrofit of new pneumatic and electric actuators and positioners for ball, butterfly, damper, and control valves. The entire sales staff has significant hands-on experience and training to ensure customers are cared for properly. We enjoy the daily challenge of helping our customers improve their processes.
