The staff of Genesis Systems has over 160 years of experience in the proper application, sale and service of valves, regulators, actuators and control accessories.

The sales staff’s daily routine revolves around finding ways to help our customers. It could be finding a specific valve or actuator quickly or recommending a valve/actuator that will provide longer, more trouble-free service life. We want to be the customer’s valve consultant. We work hard every day in an effort to earn the reputation of ‘valve expert’ so when the customer needs help with a problem application the 1st company they think of is Genesis Systems.

Genesis supplies a large range of standard and specialty valves, regulators, actuators and control accessories. Company headquarters, with over 8,300 square feet of office and warehouse, is located in Plano, TX, Texas. This includes over 6,000 square feet of inventory space and our (VAC) Valve Automation Center.

In the VAC, trained technicians assemble and test various valves, actuators and accessories to insure proper fit and function prior to shipment. Genesis has controls in place to verify that each assembly is correct prior to final shipment. Genesis can also assist in start-up, trouble-shooting and service of the products we represent. The entire sales staff has significant hands-on experience and training that is used to insure customers are cared for properly.
